Anna, The best decision I made was to walk in the door of Traditional and begin the process of remodeling. You and everyone there have been amazing to work with-from Pam's design plans and advice (I am so grateful to her and being honest with me), to all of the design choices, to Ozzie painting, Earl and the boy's doing the tile and the wood, to Gordon laying the carpet. I really appreciate your diligence in keeping everyone on track. When I recommend you and Traditional my advice is to go with everyone you work with. My mistake was I did not! We recently finished a complete remodel of out kitchen, which ultimately spilled into most of the main level of our home. Working with Christy was wonderful in terms of both the quality of the complete project and the schedule we were able to work within. The products we purchased from Traditional Floors exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the design assistance they provided. The subcontractors Christy arranged for the project met the schedule-to the day- and had excellent workmanship. Finally, referrals for items Traditional Floors does not provide directly such as cabinets and general construction were fantastic.
